We had two great nights in the Barred Rock Adobe. Wonderfully decorated and very quiet. Richard did a great job on dinner recommendations, our first night appetizers and first morning scones. He also made very good suggestions for hiking. If we are in Taos again, this is where we will stay.

We stayed in the Studio. It was lovely and well appointed. Richard was a great host. The fresh eggs and baked goods were terrific. Our friends stayed in one of the other casitas on the property and heir casita also was amazing. No question about highly recommending Casa Gallina.

We stayed in the Leghorn Casita while visiting Taos for a brief ski trip. Every little detail has been considered and provided for. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking the fresh eggs delivered daily by the charming chickens out back. This lovely hotel is located in Taos. Casa Gallina guarantees a quiet stay as it counts with just 3 guests rooms. Those who dislike animals may enjoy their stay, as this hotel does not allow pets.
