Casa Bonita opened early in 1974. It took approximately one year to create Casa Bonita. The pink tower on the outside is 85 feet fall. The dome is covered with 22-karat gold leaf and has a statue of the last Aztec emperor - Quahuatomec.

Ever heard the term "You can put whip cream on a t@!d, but its still a t@!d." This term applies to Casa Bonita. Learn this lesson, parents will only get hosed one time for the love of there kids, before they implement the distraction method. So after living in Denver for many years I finally gave in and decided to head to Casa Bonita to see/hear what many locals rave about. Needless to say, I wished I had held out a little longer.
