Staffs are not friendly at all, nothing special about ice cream either. Stay away from this place and go to local frozen yogert place.

The ice cream is fine but it's mad expensive! And they're pretty skimpy when it comes to cakes, both in size and decoration.

The service is poor at the Hillsborough Carvel. The kids are alright, but the owner is difficult. She will not accept coupons and one time she messed up an order, and refused to fix it, but instead insisted on charging us for another ice cream. She needs to improve her business skills.
