Dr. Carter was fabulous. I wish I had her for our first baby but having her there the second time around was excellent. I didn't realize what I missed out on the first pregnancy until I went to her. She's always caring and never rushes. I was worried that she wouldn't be there for the actual delivery (my first doctor wasn't) but she was right there throughout up until the baby was born!!... more

I moved to Austin mid-pregnancy, became a patient of Dr. Carter's, and am so glad I did. This was my first pregnancy so I was really looking for a doctor I felt comfortable with and who would be there to answer all the questions I was having during this new stage of my life. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Carter. She delivered my first child this past May. I only started seeing her after we got pregnant and it was just chance that we chose her because there were so few female OB's on our insurance. I'll never change OB/Gyn's again. :)
