Golden Nugget is a good choice if you must stay downtown. It's kind of convenient to have a place to eat right in your hotel if you're staying at the Golden Nugget. The menu has enough choices, though the service is a bit on the slow side. It's not terrible though.

This cafe is located in the Golden Nugget, and looks pretty tasty; however, once you sit down the service is poor and the food wasn't too tasty. I would recommend the buffet instead of this place.
