I had terrible customer service in their store a few years ago and I never went back. I hired them to open my pool and they installed the Polaris wall fitting on the wrong return line. No big deal, mistakes are made sometimes - but when I asked them to come out and fix it, they said i would have to wait 2-3 weeks because they were too busy. This is a two minute job and I don't live that...

Excellent Workmanship
I Needed a new liner for my in ground swimming pool. I checked with multiple pool stores and decided to contract Carroll County Swimming pools. After some problems, (which were corrected right away) the job was completed in a professional way. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of Carroll County Pools

Spent over $100 on a list of parts for my pool and was given the wrong parts...when I tried to return them they said they couldn't return them...They were practically trash and they "didn't know what kind of pool I had"....if I could give negative stars they would have earned them for sure!!!! Will never go back there!!!
