This place is exactly what eveyone says it is. Horrible. I lived thier 10 months ago and they never call you and let you know you have a balance of 700 dollars due for new carpet. Its seems they try to robb you and make you pay for carpet that is not needed. Dont move into these apts unless you like drama and of course awful management

TERRIBLE AND DANGEROUS! The management is constantly changing and not keeping up with legal obligations due to it's residents (i.e. all safety measures advertised are not kept up thus putting residents in danger...which is ILLEGAL). A friend of mine was robbed and murdered in the parking lot walking to his car with his roommate this month.

The management changes on a weekly bases and you never know who you will talk to next. They promise the world and deliver nothing. Apts broken into, vehicles broken into and they take no responsibility. Maintenance sucks, it gets done whenever they feel like it.

This is a TERRIBLE complex!!!! Been three weeks without heat/AC with them saying they have to get a permit to replace the unit?! Sounds like a dump load of you know what to cover for their inability to provide adequate maintenance.
