This company is a joke, they charge $60/year for a basic .com domain, and once the original contract expires, they will not allow us to transfer to a new host without paying the contract fee. Run from this company as fast as you can@

I received a renewal notice in my dead husband's name (dead more than 20 years) to renew a domaine name i never had. It gave options for renewing for different term lengths. My husband nor I have ever owned a computer in our lives.I am an 83 year old woman and thought this was something I had to do because it was in my husband's name. Came in the mail. Looks just like an invoice. You have to read it to understand that it is a web hosting service that is trying to obtain your business. It does read This notice is not a bill.
