Very nice to deal with.
My daughter loves her new bedroom carpet. Great price for the carpet remnant and your guys installed it for me. Second time you came thru for me in the last 10 years. I should try to get to your store more often.

Awful first and last experience. We purchased a carpet remnant, waited 2 and a half weeks to get it back from the binders ( we were told 1 week or 2 at the most). When we called to find out when we could pick it up, we were given some excuse instead of an apology for not communicating the delay. We were given the wrong carpet at pick up and when we called them to tell them they gave us the...
