This review is my opinion of Kerns:
The salesman promised to our face we would have our carpeting in and installed by Christmas. Carpeting was purchased the last week of November this 2010. They have moved the date back twice now and can give us only that the mill is having delays. Over 30 days later we still did not have our carpeting. We asked to cancel the order when we found a company that was willing to get us a similar carpeting, match the price, and have it installed the next day so we could move into our new home. When I notified the rep he threatened us with cancelation and...
