Carpet M.D. is an outstanding company of professionals. They provide a superior service at a fair price. Chris takes his time in every room to provide you the best result possible. I've used them twice now and they are like "gold". Trustworthy, honest, professional.
They were very professional. The man in charge explained what they were going to do, then they did it. Later he went over what was done and why. He carefully and tactfully explained the condition of the carpet and why. He then gave tips on extending the life of the carpet. This never before professionally 10 year old carpet looks great.
He was professional and knew what he was doing. When I had random questions about why he was doing different things, he was able to answer me.
