My elderly parents purchased tile for their home from Carpet Empire plus a couple months ago. hey paid by check (which turned out to be a big mistake because they cannot dispute the charges). The checks were cashed the same day they wrote them! The sale man was very pushy and sold them a tile that they thought was porcelain. It turned out to be ceramic tile. The dye lots were off so bad that there are 4 different color tiles! They were not able to see the difference until the next day, and by then the check had already been cashed. The site keeps giving them the runaround and will not fix...
The staff at Carpet Empire Plus was courteous and extremely helpful. Other showrooms did not seem to provide the attention to my project as much as they did. I was thoroughly walked through the process to carpet and tile my home and found that their installers where every bit as professional. They recently added an experienced window covering professional to their team so I’ll be back soon to have them put new shades in my home. I highly recommend this company!
