Help us make it rightI have been a customer of Carolina Cleaners for over 4 years with minimal problems. However, they recently lost one of my most important dress shirts and they're acting incredibly unprofessionally and, I believe, unethically. It has been 3 weeks (during which I had a job interview and needed the shirt - they knew this and still didn't care) and they have only returned one of my numerous calls.
