This is a review based on a recent trip to Stupell with a friend. I myself have been a long-time customer of this establishment for many years, along with most of my friends and family. While their selection of products is wonderful, and service is generally great, I was immensely disappointed with the display of unprofessional-ism I had witnessed recently. I recently visited this store with my girlfriend who suggested that I'd be able to find something for the holidays. I'm shocked with how belligerent the store manager was. There was absolutely no reason for him to have been so short with whom he was dealing with, especially in front of store customers. This made our short shopping excursion very uncomfortable and I do not think I will be returning nor will I recommend Stupell to my friends. Lovely store on its own, but customer service is severely lacking.

Carole Stupell is a grand old gift shop that dates back to 1929. When the market was crashing, it was opening and has managed to survive throughout the years by catering to shoppers and corporate clients.

You'll also find lots of china, flatware, glasses, vases, gifts and household items. You name it and they probably have it. In fact, the shop can be a bit overwhelming, but great for browsing...
