Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Steer clear of Brenda. Her mission in life is to make buying a HUD the worst decision you have ever made. If your only option to buy a HUD home is to close with the Jackson Law Firm, pick another home! Not worth it!! They don't answer their phones, they will hang up on you if they don't want to speak to you anymore. The whole organization is...

I do not think Ms. Jackson realizes what a bad review can do to her career. Listening to a person make such negative statements about her, about how she just takes the money and does not do anything for her clients is really hurting her business. I wonder if she even knows about this. That customer statement really prevented me from hiring her.

I hired her in 2005 and have barely been able to reach her since. I paid a large retainer and she has done zero for me and her contract is worded in a way that she never will have to help me. I personally feel that she is in the business of ripping people off and she is the true criminal!!!
