I was taking my car there because of the water restridtions. One time I noticed a deep straight line scratch on the lower side of my car. At first I thought it happended somewhere else, but the next time I went, there was a same type of scratch on the other side. I looked on the internet about these type of car washes and found that the lower brushes can pick up small stones or other things...
