My spouse and I get in free due to my disability. The people running the theater are great people and very nice. It's a laid back theater and it is also in one of the best neighborhoods where I grew up so I had less to worry about as far as getting our vehicle broken into like we did once at the theater in Governor's Square Mall. I visit my friend on occassion and we go to the movies in Clarksville. I talked to a nice manager over at the Mall theatre about the quality of the theatres in Clarksville. She agreed that they needed work. She also told me that a new theatre might be coming soon. I asked if they were going to close both theatres. Her response was most likely the mall theatre. Anybody in Clarksville knows that if you want a theater with a pleasant atmosphere and good film and sound quality...go to Nashville.
Both theaters here are long past their prime. Almost all other cities above 10,000 people have relegated horrible places like this to Dollar Movie Hell. The quicker an enterprising corporation can build a modern cinemaplex, the sooner these will quit gouging...
