I took my car to Carls Auto glass for a simple enough job-- to get a new windshield put in. Well, this ended up being anything, but simple. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop. \r

Three months after getting the windshield put in I noticed it was leaking. It was probably leaking the entire time, but I didn't drive it often and happened to not be in it while it was raining. It just so happens that the day I noticed it, over night there was a heavy rainstorm. I went out to my car in the morning to find the towel I laid down soaked through, the change holder...
