On consecutive week day evening visits my wife and I received rude service.
Last week they charged an extra dollar for ordering a hazelnut cooler because "there wasn't a button to ring it up". I complained and both workers rolled their eyes at me. She was even rude in the interaction with my 8 year old over the 10 cent...
I like their coffee better than Starbucks. Nice and clean place. Friendly employees and quick service. I wish they had drive thru but the location is not suitable for it.
Needed a quiet place to just chill. Even though the place was quite busy I was able to have my mocha & relax in peace! Service was quick & friendly.

No bitterness like the big buck$ place, better service, better atmosphere, and better prices too. Locally owned here in Minnesota. Seasonal drinks are my favorite. Northern vanilla cooler in the summer, pumpkin spice in the fall, and ho ho white mocha with peppermint sprinkle for the holidays. Correct answer for the question of the day gets you 10 cents off...
