Great service. Always on time. Clean car and friendly driver. Very professional
If I could give zero stars I could. Husband arrived on a late night flight. Car was at the airport and no driver. They couldn't find him. After 30 minutes he took a taxi. I would not use them at all. I have never had such bad service. It is just unprofessional.
This review only based on the carey drivers. We almost had a road rage with one of the driver.... The driver almost crash my front bumper try to move the lane right front of us.
More and more of Carey's cars are having air fresheners in them. I hate that smell. Makes me nauseous. And their reservation app has poor usability. The service is otherwise fine. Those problems are a major nonstarter for me. I'll update my review if they fix the smell problem.
Carey never showed to pick me up, and I'm still fighting to get them to refund the charges to my credit card. They're totally unreliable and have TERRIBLE customer service. I highly recommend you find another company
