This place is the worst! Try getting through to your loved one is next to impossible. They put u on hold and then drop the call. The staff is rude.

OMG our family called this place "SCAREHOUSE" not carehouse! Awful place, they gave my Mom someone else's meds, they would never come when she called and she sat in feces for hours, they didn't...

This place is horrible. My mothers ring was stolen also when my mother was away at a dr. Appt. Her wallet was stolen. They lost my mothers medicine prescription and were quick to pass blame....

Over about a 1 week time period, I noticed my mom's mental alertness, cognitive behavior, etc. diminishing quickly. I thought it was the pain killers she was on for some nasty injuries she got in a fall. Two days later, she was laying in her bed with her mouth open and trying to talk, but was unable to.
