Honestly, this place is one of the best I have been to, I actually found the staff and Doctor Beers more friendly than previous vets I have been to. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable and VERY kind and sensitive. I agree that you have to be proactive about asking questions. I have a cat with some health problems, I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby, I have always seen Dr.Beers at every visit, and I have always had all my questions answered.
