BAD service...call Tool-Flo. It'll be worth the wait on a special.

I placed a UPS RED order with this supplier. My order did not ship due to the fact that Robin was out of office and they were short handed so not every order got processed. Now since my order did not ship RED, I can not charge my customer RED freight. When I asked Robin if they were going to pay the frieght, she said no...they do not guarantee their orders. All I can say is ""Wow!"". Wish I could charge my customers for stuff I can't deliver.\r
