Great shop, nice place to work

Had my own auto repair business for 40 years. Went to work at Carbex in 2000 , as a part timer doing whatever was needed. Had many of my old customers call me after selling my business where to take there repair work. I still to this day recommend Carbex , because of the great work and honesty that I see while working there. Mechanics and front office people are all very customer friendly. Carbex is a full service auto repair shop.

I'm sorry I don't feel like writing a long complaint but I know how important information can be. I just want to say ask questions get it in writing (prices) and hold people accountable i.e. our problem was a smog ck feel ripped off will never use them again.

The people that work at Carmax did an excellent job. They were very quick they were very friendly and they were the cheapest of any of the mechanics that I look for in the area. They were able to get me in at the last minute with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. These guys really know how to take care of you!
