What a disaster from start to finish. We went here on a Friday in early August, around 7:30 pm. We sat outside, and despite the fact that there weren't that many people there; we waited forever...

We have had delicious cakes made by Caramici's at several family gatherings, but had never had the opportunity to visit the bakery in person until now. We bought crème horns, cannoli & fig cookies, which were all exceptional!

We always stop for cookies after our dinner on Hertel and they're delicious. The staff is very pleasant. They're made-to-order cakes are delicious as well. Yeah!

Slow and pricey. Went there with a party of three on a Thursday night at 8. We were one of two tables. It took 15 minutes to get a drink. The food was good, but very expensive. I had pasta. Pasta with sauce and meatballs. It was $15. They were out of the appetizer we ordered, and with a couple drinks, the bill was $117. I expect that in Boston, not Hertel.

I ordered my wedding cake through them, and my cake FELL OVER before i even got to see it at my reception! It was set up, and within a half hour, it fell over. It took 9 days to get ahold of the owner, and she was adament that the only way the cake could have falled over was if someone ""bumped"" the table, even though we have pictures depicting the cake being on a slant. And the cake wasn't even made the way we had agreed to! It was on tiers, and we did not want that. She decided on her own to change the layout of the cake without informing me.
