FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH!!!!!! They SCRATCHED MY CAR and refused to accept any reasponsibility. The supervisor/manager is a joke. They said my car was damaged before I took it to them and that I was lying about the whole thing. They refused to give me their insurance information, claiming they didn't have access to it and that I had to get it from the bookeeper. My huband went back on Monday... more

Lack of care in attempting to remove a small spot on the hood of my vehicle resulting in several large very deep unsightly scratches.

I have a NEW car, second wash in 2 weeks. There was so much soap on it when it came out, they had to get a bucket to get is off, but they never touched the right side of the car with a piece of fabric when it was going through the wash, so of course it came out, still with dirt and then sat and air dried 15 minutes before anyone touched it, therefore leaving it mangled with water spots. the... more
