These guys were so rude on the phone when I tried to book both my cars on a Saturday that I didn't bother using them. The guy that answered the phone told me "I wouldn't bother booking that type of car on the weekend, you'd have to do that Monday thru Friday." Their price was better than anyone else in the area, they were super nice and accommodating on scheduling, and also gave me specific directions on how to get there over the phone.
