Captain Larrys used to be strictly a local hang-out. However, its popularity has increased with its trendy and touristy menu of fish and chips, market price crab cakes, and T-shirts. Theres still no excuse not to at least pop in and talk pirate talk with Captain Larry himself.

We love Captain Larry's and go there every week or two. Their crabcakes, steamed shrimp and hamburgers are fantastic. The Build Your Own Grilled Cheese is also a favorite. I usually have bacon, tomatoes and gouda on mine while my husband goes for pickles, salami and American cheese (no comment). It's a fun place to stop in, see the neighbors and grab a bite.

We eat here too often because Captain Larry's is simply great.

My fiancé and I live close to Captain Larry's and there are other places to go but we go there because IT'S GOOD and not too expensive. We eat dinner at Captain Larry's at least once per week, sometimes more. Mara has started adding some very delicious specials to an already yummy base menu. This is a great Bal-more bar that my daddy used to hang out at. Now under new ownership, it's better than ever!
