Although this restaurant has a water view on two sides (both Blind Pass Marina and Boca Ciega Bay) through huge, heavily tinted windows, it specializes in more than just great scenery. I had my "Girls night out" there the night before my wedding. It was a destination wedding so all of us flew in from out of state and had not all been together in 12+ years. Dirty carpet and smell made me leave without staying. I ask for a carry out menu and about the happy hour. Has been there a long time so perhaps the food is good and I hope they have cleaned the carpet, it was gross but may have been cleaned by now, I have not been back YET.
