I chose Caprock Café because it has a variety of food and drinks at a decent price. You can get a quesadilla or one of their famous burgers with a Blue Zuni margarita. Not impressed.... The service was fast and friendly, but the food was not that great. And the portions are low for the price you pay. My wife had the onion rings with her burger and they were just a few served. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken Sandwich and the chicken piece was very thin, more crust than meat.
