Right downtown, on the west side of the Capitol building, there's this little store that sells all sorts of toys, games, clothes. It's very cute, and it's locally owned, which I believe is important to support in this flagging economy. My family and I LOVE visiting Capitol Kids ?????? it is a whimsical and inspiring store ?????? full of treasures for kids of all ages. I don??????t know how they do it but they always have new toys, books and clothes to offer. I love Capitol Kids. It's the best place to go to buy super cute clothing for your kids (boy's clothing too-- adorable!) and really great toys. They don't have the regular run of the mill toys that you'll find at Toys R Us and the like. They have really solid, well built toys (mostly wood) that will last forever.
