Great location in the Inner Harbor, the Cap City Brew Co. has most of your average bar fare, plus some local brew beer that's pretty good. Try the soft pretzels - they're quite good.

I recently went here and the location is just wonderful. It is on the Second Floor and over looks the Baltimore City Inner Harbor. At night it is so nice to just sit out on the balcony and relax and eat.
The service was excellent. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Nothing we ordered was wrong and our waitress was really nice.

3 TImes is NOT the charm here. The view of the harbor is great. All three times, horrible service, where they do not even acknowledge you are there.Never got to Restaurant area, this was all at the bar area, as a wait for restaurant, and then we said forget it!I can deal with a lot, as was a waitress/bartender for over 20 years, but attitudes stink here( sorry for all those who may really care...
