This place is absolutely the worst lot to buy a car. I moved from out of state and CCC was close to my new home so when I saw a car I liked I decided to take it for a test drive. Bob, my salesman, and Mark, the finance manager were amazing when it came to signing the papers but this is where the good customer service ended. My second payment was coming up. The only thing we haven't liked much is that we got switched to a different finance company or something so now we have to call to make our payments rather then go in and make them. And the new finance company calls constantly even when the payment isn't late and even if paid a day late they act...
