I lived here seven years ago and recently came back. The apartments were great for the price back then and they are even better now. There are so many ammenities here at your finger tip and most of the apartments have been upgraded with new appliances and washer/dryer combos. I have lived in Capo Point for about a year and a half now. For the first year or so, everything was fine, except for the parking. For the past few months especially, there have been way way too many problems.

I was a resident for 8 months. Lived right next to the Duck Pond. Very quiet, park live setting. Loved the close proximity to Harbor and freeway. Office staff is very good and responsive without being intrusive toward residents.

We are moving out because of the drunken drug addict that beats her kids and tells the police to take a hike when her neighbors complain about her. Capistrano Point Apartments  are located on Camino de Vista. Capistrano Point Apartments has 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom spaces available for rent. They also have several attractive amenities for residents. There is a central washing machine for all residents to use and a pool and Jacuzzi on the premise. All tenants get a carport assigned to them for parking.
