Capistrano is close to the University of Arizona and the El Con shopping center. Locationwise, this is great. It also doesn't really cater to the loud undergrad crowd. As a grad student this is all great for me.

The buildings themselves are on the older side, so don't expect shiny new appliances. However, everything is reasonably well maintained. Laundry is on-site, but not in-apartment.

The Manager is very professional and courtesous. The landcaping is good, neighborhood area is great and convenient to the U of A.
