After ordering a simple neon sign, we were told it would take 3 weeks for the sign to be finished and told it would be a "couple hundred". EIGHT MONTHS later the sign was up, and it took an additional 2 weeks to recieve the BILL for $469. I placed several phonecalls to the company requesting a call back from the owner. A MONTH later - call from "Matty" who refused to discount the bill at all...
