The prickly pear margarita, made with the juice of a prickly pear that has been soaked for 24 hours in 100 percent blue agave is slightly sweeter than a regular margarita, pink and absolutely delicious.
Don't go here for quiet conversation--the noise level can get pretty high, especially after a round of margaritas.

This place has world class Margaritas, try the Prickly Pear. Very fun spot with a hip young crowd. The food is just as good as the place. Try the Fillet Mignon with the Gorgonzola cheese with the Thyme potatoes it is like heaven. Pricey but really worth it.
This is a tiny restaurant, and probably why there is such excellent quality control. The menu isn't big, but they do everything great. The best prickly pear margaritas on the planet and hands down my most favorite dessert: white chocolate bread pudding. I've eaten dinner elsewhere and gone to Canyon for dessert. Canyon has good food, but not really worth the gourmet prices they ask and it was too loud for conversation at my table.
