Although their hold message is all about customer service and being on time, we waited for two days and could not get this business to keep an appointment made days in advance. After the second missed appointment, we asked to speak to a supervisor. There was no return call. Very unfortunate - we had used their plumbers a few times and were happy with the work. Dispatch is another story.
