All about the money for them...
Dr Shadu did not seem to be very caring or warm.
I felt as though it was not about the good care of my pet.

I have previously used the "OLD" CC Animal hospital as my primary vet for my pets. I never experienced any of the failings as mentioned below, but maybe I was just lucky. After not having to use the vet for a period of a couple years, I was surprised to learn this place was no longer the same vet, yet it is still at the same location with a similar name.

I dont think the previous statements are directed to the new staff/ facility. This place is great! The doctor and staff were friendly and very caring. I took my fathers cat in who had been ill for the past monthy or so. They diagnosed him with diabetes and did a wonderful job of explaining the treatment and home care that I would be required to provide since my father himself is elderly and has...
