$18.00 for a small portion is understandable since the cost to be on 4th floor MOA is around 20- 25k a month. That doesn't excuse the flavorless food and very slow service. They charge two dollars for bottomless chips and salsa but the waitress never came to check up on us to refill the salsa. Or my beer. Bad service. Bland food. Good environment. Small portions.

Authentic menu and great drinks. We had a "Machette" drink served out of a cocnut. It was the best pina c that I've had. the bar had a large thatched roof that felt like we where in Mexico. We where able to watch the Twins on one of their many flat screens in the bar. Salsa dancing started at 9 and the place was full by 10. We had a wonderful time and we will definetly return and...
