Don't judge this place by the looks on the outside. It's not the sharpest looking place but the whole quiet, tucked away atmosphere is what make it's so cool. The food is also good and pretty reasonable prices.

I lived in Arlington for 35+years and my family and I always enjoyed "Candlelite". So much so that when we visit from East Texas, the only place we "must" eat at is the Candlelite Inn. All 5 of us get the Italian Steak. No menu needed. My kids are very picky about anything/anywhere else. Here, the plates are cleaned by all. Great food and ambiance. Just wish we could still fit a booth. ... more

The Candlelite Inn is the place to take your girlfriend/fiance/wife whenever your trying to do something special. Its, dim, but you can still see each other's facial expressions. If you ask for a booth, its private. Its quiet and not very crowded if you go at the right times (I went Sunday ~ 2:00 pm). An overall beautiful place. A "Hole in the Wall". Good meal right around 20.00 bucks for two.
