I don't think having to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up the UHaul truck is acceptable when I live 5 minutes away from the one I requested. I tried calling UHaul several times the week before to confirm my reservation and could never get through. The truck was clean and well maintained. Mr. Campbell was extremely efficient and very congenial. He got us in and out in great time. We will rent there again.
