One should be their own advocate for themselves when they are a consumer of health insurance. All insurances provide very different benefits for each person depending on the plan they subscribed to. Know your plan benefits before you see a doctor. No fault should be layed upon Dr. Khaliq Shah as he was a fine physician with CMG.

I visited Dr. Khaliq Shah for a Physical in 2005. I checked with the insurance company and Camino Medical Group about the cost and I was informed that if would be free. Since then, I have been stuck with a $325 bill because of the way the claim was filed with Blue Cross. Camino Medical Group has refused to do anything about it and sent it to collections recently.
