We were really pleased to have selected The Viceroy. We had two nights here straight after flying into LA from London and it was a great place to arrive to. Another hotel were staff think they are the next Tom Hanks and forget they actually work at a hotel. Not a well designed hotel and specifically not thought through - seems there is a lack of experience of what a hotel should provide anyway. It doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a bad copy of a real design...

loved the viceroy, looks like a travel lodge from outside but inside its amazing, great small pool area and bar, food and drink are expensive, but i would totally recommend staying, we loved this place, service was amazing.
