The staff is obnoxious and difficult at best - it also changes frequently. Nothing gets done when promised.
Don't trust them, about anything.
They frequently enter apartments W/0 JUSTIFICATION.
Security is non-existent unless you consider badgering you about parking and having no guest parking security. Old men on bicycles doesn't make anyone feel secure.
