I went in to apply for a job at Cambridge about a week ago. I really need a job, but after seeing how losely the teachers take care of the kids and how they talk to them I would never work there. I have to give credit to the new director that wants to make it better. On December 2, I moved to north Texas with my young son. I think that the Owner of a childcare facility should not say what goes on in an interview, especially about being fired and her past experiences! Very unprofessional, if you are so confident in your childcare then you should not have to go onto a review and defend yourself.
