they try to take advantage of you, claiming you need new parts to finish the job and without them they cant continue, so your stuck paying extra for something that could be fixed at a later time, never again will i go back

Great customer service and knowledgable but my son took his truck in for a new exhaust from the catalytic converter back and they did a lousy job on welding the pipes together. If it was me, i would make them redue it, plus his tailpipe hits his bumper every time he hit a bump because the hanger is not tight.
