Help us make it rightThis guy (1-man company) has 0 knowledge about his domain of, is out of date with technology and training. He's totally irresponsible when it comes to protecting his customer's property, totally incapable of coordinating and following though a 1 week project, and NOT in the necessary physical condition for this business. He came into my house, gave me a 1 week estimate and stayed for three weeks, did a horrible job, and messed up the entire house. I ended up calling another contractor to re-do the job and I incurred SERIOUS cleaning expenses due to his malfunctioning vacuuming equipment. When I saw how the other contractor is working and the available technology I realized I was RIPPED OFF by NU VALUE (aka Thomas Ghierut) who tried to cash my canceled check 4 times after he left my house. It's a shame he's advertising his services! Stay away, is my piece of advice.
Tom was very nice and very fair with his pricing. Because he is nice and fair with his pricing, he has a lot of projects going on at the same time. He is worth the extra wait if you're not in a rush.
