I used this mover twice. On a move back from LA to NY, the company took a number of items out of my place without recording them on the moving log. As a result (I'm assuming), the items never showed up in NY. Despite a very friendly sales rep who eagerly invited phone calls to answer any questions PRIOR to the move, after the items went missing, I was told to only communicate via email or mail.... more

OMG!!!!!! You guys were the best ...starting from your superstar salesman...Noel Naughton......we had many estimates but he was the kindest & most available salesman!!!! Then moving on to the guys that moved us...it was like the calvary came to rescue us from our 6 month packing journey that left us tired and weary...they were polite, helpful and kind too!!!!! I've used California New York Express twice now, and both times I've been extremely pleased with the experience. All of their guys took great care with packing and moving my stuff.
