Healthnet customer service is horrible. I been fighting with them for three months to fix something THEY caused and they cancel MY insurance!!!! Who pays their paycheck? We need to get them off...

Yes, this review is for the Healthnet company. Poor customer service and efficiency. The reps I spoke with seem to be uneducated in their department and unprepared to provide ACCURATE information....
